Weather Situation
A cold front crossing the western districts of Victoria will continue to move over the remainder of the State overnight and on Friday morning. Behind the front a ridge will build over the southern half of the Country, directing a south-westerly to north westerly flow over the State until Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 17 August Cloudy. High chance of showers. Winds northerly 20 to 30 km/h.

Forecast for Friday 18 August
Cloudy. Very high chance of showers, most likely in the morning and afternoon. Snow falling above 900 metres. Possible small hail. Winds north to northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h turning west to southwesterly 25 to 35 km/h during the morning. Overnight temperatures falling to between 3 and 7 with daytime temperatures reaching between 8 and 13.
